The property listings show the County and District each site is in. The Map Number and Reference refer to property plans that have been supplied to local councils, certain rail industry companies and other interested parties. We regret that plans are not available on this website.
The right hand column shows whether a property has been sold or is available for sale. Please go to the Buying land from BRB (Residuary) Limited page if you wish to register interest in a site show as 'For Sale'. If land is shown as 'Under Offer' that means it is in course of sale and is no longer on the market.
Only land shown as 'For Sale' is currently available for disposal.
